This little post is to show that I am trying to catch up with my quilt along with Kelly
I am making progress with my 16 patches and 4 patches... and will be putting them in rows a.s.a.p.!
Today is also the day when I need to show my plan for the Schnibble along
at Charming Chatter for the contest.
I plan to do Short Story. I wanted to do the larger version, but since I am so behind,
and just bringing up the rear on the other project
(the rest of them are already on to quilting!)
I thought it best to stay with the small quilt of Short Story. But if I do get a chance I just might do the larger version anyway out of Martinique by 3 Sisters.
For now though, I need to finish cutting this out!*#@!*

I also still needed to show my prize package from Miss Jaybird!
From Jaybird Quilts of course.
I won this from her anniversary giveaway on her blog!
(thank you so much Julie!)
It came in the mail just as I was going full steam ahead on the wedding, so I didn't get to
do much other than open the box and pet the fabric a little!
I am absolutely thrilled with the project from the cover, Julie's own design,
and I can't wait to try out the Easy Circle Cut ruler!
Will the fun ever stop? ... I ask you!

Let's hope not! I love your quilt-along patches. Very cute. And nice prizes from Julie. That'll keep you out of trouble for a while.
glad you like your prize!!
I love you patches - the colours are so fresh and bright! Aren't you just the luckiest person to win such a nice prize!
Those are some terrific prizes, Sinta! I have that magazine and am really lusting over that quilt. I already have the ruler, so maybe one of these days I'll try to make it! My list of projects that I want to do is so long that I'll have to live to be 150 to get them all finished! :o|
Happy Fourth!
XOXO,
Cyndi
I can't wait to see your patches together. And congrats on the win nice prize!
Great minds think alike. I am making the larger version of Short Story.
