I started with this...
plus this:
a little bit of ironing of these...
and a whole lot of cutting with this:
I cut, bagged, labeled and organized my pieces but with all the organization...
I still got a little confused but I worked through it
and pretty soon I had this:

The grunt work is over... and the blocks are starting to come together!
I didn't cut the fabric for the diamond inner border yet... I wanted to get the blocks layed out
to see how it looks and then decide if I want red, brown or a little something else that will make it pop!
(I keep misplacing the aqua fabrics *g*)

You have been very busy! I am watching this same quilt being constructed from French General fabrics, so I cannot wait to see how it looks in two different fabric lines.
Looking good, can't wait to see more.

This is going to be a beautiful quilt. Can't wait to see the finished product. :)
You have done a great job on it. I received my pattern yesterday and started the cutting.

Dropping out of lurkdom to say......It's going to be stunning. I love figgy fabrics and you've chosed a beautiful pattern. Can't wait for a reveal.
Wow, I think that Fig Tree fabric is a wonderful choice for Eventide. The fabric is soothing but has some color to punch it up a notch. Isn't it funny, you started with the Ohio Stars and I saved those for last!
Take pictures of each inner border option, we would all love to help you decide...I naturally think red would look the best, but am very curious to see how the brown works out!
As always, Great Job Sinta!
WOWZERS ....busy over there!
I really am dying to see more! I must get into my Fig Tree stash and make something soon. It is so thrilling to see all these different versions of the same quilt!
Goodness it is going to be such a pretty quilt. I love that pattern, must go find it to make one for myself.
Oh how I love fig tree fabric ! This quilt is going to be stunning. Great choice of fabrics !
This one's for me, right? :-) It's looking so good! I'm going to get in trouble if I keep coming over here.
I love Moda fabric. Made my Farmers Wife quilt from mostly Moda.
Beautiful, I can't wait to see it finished love the fabric!
Oh Sinta - that's going to be gorgeous!! Love the fabric you chose!!!
Beautiful blocks, I like the fabric you are using. Miss Rosie's big quilts always seem to have a bizillion pieces, but they are so worth the work. I am getting ready to start a quilt of hers next month and I can't wait!
