HIgh Hopes

I am so glad that everyone has been talking about granny squares.
I found my long forgotten project and gave these two blocks
a little pressing.

 They have been SO neglected.

But of course... I don't just want to finish this project...
but I want to make a different version of this block.
Jodi has a great Pinterest page with granny square eye candy
and Lori has a sweet tut to get me going.
I am glad it's Friday!
I have been making some progress this week on another
long forgotten project.
I actually had to shake dust off of it!

I had only made one block and then went on to other things.

But now I am picking up some speed.

It would be nice to get this finished.

Maybe this weekend???

Love your Granny blocks. I made Confetti Cake a couple of years ago. It's a favorite of mine.

Your Swoon blocks are sweet. Swoon is on my 'to do' list but I can't settle on fabric.

Great projects. Beautiful fabrics. I love both the block patterns.

Pretty blocks! I'm avoiding granny squares - too many seams to match. (I'll crochet them, instead. I once crocheted an entire throw of white granny squares with pink centers. They looked like little flowers.)
