It's Gotta Be Somewhere!

Just a little follow up to the Summer Wind project: episode 4
or is that 5?

Here are my corner blocks for the row I am working on.
I seem to have lost one of the HST's. Seriously... how does that happen?
So close to the end of this row and then, a little snafu!
I could have made another one in the time it took me to look for the missing
piece. I ran out of time... so I had to stop here... but
I will be back with this row finished and hopefully the next/final row
of Summer Wind in place!
I almost hate to see the end of this project.
I don't know if it's because I am working on it with Thelma that makes it
so much fun, maybe it's the fabric... or the pattern.
Maybe it's all of the above!
Thelma says that the fabric looks like Starburst candy.
Yeah, ex-actly!

I had a piece of a block disappear, it took ages to find it. It had fallen so that part of it had gone behind the skirting board. I was so pleased to find it.

I love your blocks.

Oh, oh, oh! I LOVE the fussy cut squares. I hope you find the missing bit, but right now I'm just loving blocks!

Now that is funny as I thought of Starburst candies when I saw this, too. Check the seat of your pants - I once had a piece 'cling' to me and drove me crazy until my SIL noticed my behind.

You guys are just having way too much fun! When I have a unit go missing, lots of times it has slipped under the acrylic surround that covers the throat plate of my machine. I lift it up and there it is!

I love it!! That has happened to me before. Sadly more times than I care to remember.....Sometimes it helps if I retrace my steps and go everywhere I possible went in the house and it turns out it was stuck to my clothes. I hope you find it fast!
