Post-Halloween Parade... No Costume Required

Happy Harvey-ween!
It's time for our AYOS parade!

Autumn is in the air and like autumn and  the changes that come with it...
just posted about some changes that are taking place in her life.
It's all very exciting news... you can read about it here.

I am so excited for Carrie!
I nearly want to help her pack!

We will still plan on continuing our AYOS parades every month...
we will just be adding in a few "other" small quilts into the mix!
So, for next moth Sherri and I have decided on Stems... mini Stems.

(photos from Fig Tree)

It's really cute... I hope you like making this one!

You can find it here at Fig Tree and Company.

I almost have mine ready ... I can show you tomorrow!

But for now let's have our
"little" parade of Harvey!

I have to say that this is the biggest Schnibble of them all.
But I loved making it!

I am showing mine here... but I was in a rush
putting on the borders... (see my finger in my last post).
Do you see my problem?
Evidently I have a little bit of resewing to do... all in all,
I love my Harvey in Polka Dots. This is the full size, at 72"
but it's hard to tell in this picture.

Here is Linda's Harvey. You can see more of this spectacular
quilt on her blog, the Quilted Pineapple.

Here is a mini version of Harvey made
by Michelle at Michelle's Quilts and Stuff blog.
It's a sweet one for sure!

went in grand style with the drama of black...
and it's another one that is even quilted! Wow!
Those colors just keep popping!

Patty at A Stitch in Time created her version of Harvey
in a beautiful colorway and really made the center pop.
The basket converted into a star too. Ha, two patterns in one!!!

Here is a dazzler... this one is taking "center" stage!
It was made by Polly at Aunt Polly's Porch!
Vibrant!
Okay, 3 patterns in one now!

Low volume with big contrast! This beauty was made
by Peg at Stitchin With Peg blog.

Be sure to visit the other half of the parade at A Quilting Life
I will be posting winners here tomorrow!

Also, I finally added the blog names of our AYOS
group to my sidebar. Let me know if I left you out.

I know I said no costume required... but here is a picture of
little Evie who was
starting to get ready...

(she is practicing her roar)!

I will have the fully made up lion photos tomorrow!

Your quilt is very nice in navy and white. I'm not seeing the boo boo. I'm excited about the Mini Stem quilt and ordered my pattern.

I made a mistake with my Harvey too. The middle square section had the background hst's facing out instead of in. I didn't notice until I had the top finished, bit I don't think I care enough to redo it. C'est la vie!

Love the parade! October was way too busy for me to join in this month. I'm looking forward to starting Stems though. Evie is the cutest little lion :)

Awww little Evie is soooo adorable. I'm so used to Instagram, after I saw her picture I was searching for the like button -- then I realized it's comments only LOL!!!
