Winners and Other Exciting News

I have a couple of winners from the Jumping Jack mini AYOS parade!

First up is Hildy! Her Jumping Jack was posted on Sherri's parade.
Congratulations... your version is so cute!

and from my parade
the randomly chosen winner is Polly!
It's a beautiful version!

Please send me your addresses and you will be receiving a special
gift in the mail from Joanna aka Miss Fig Tree.

I never mentioned my trunk show from last week... and now I will be
doing another one tomorrow night!
My vintage suitcases came in handy for transporting...
and also for display
purposes.

This was the only photo I took. It was before I started speaking.
It is a little nerve wracking (is that the right word)?
But after I got started I had a lot of fun... and I hope everyone else did also.
They even wanted me to show some extra quilts that I had brought
but were not yet quilted.  I just wanted to keep it real. There are
probably more of the flimsy's than the quilted ones.

Congratulations to both winners!

Your quilt display looks wonderful. I am sure everyone enjoyed the talk and show of quilts.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for picking me! And congrats to Polly:-)
To tell the truth a lot of the quilts I've made are not yet quilted but I'm getting better at actually finish them.

Congratulations to the winners. I think it would be so much fun seeing your trunk show! I was part of one and had to chose only 5 quilts, but it is hard. Did I want to tell some sort of story, or should I show my favorites, or should I show what I consider to be my best quilts? I didn't make my final decision until the very last minute.
