My LItle Sprouts

I am making headway on my Scrappy Sprouts quilt! I hope to have it
finished. this weekend. The pattern was by Tracey Jay but it's going to have a change up
to resemble the one from Homespun Magazine.

I am feverishly working on my upcoming retreat! It's only three weeks away.
These things I am working on will be projects at the retreat.

This is a travel-sized pillowcase. I have made one of these for each member in my family but this pattern was new to me... by Kim at FQS in conjunction with Riley Blake.

I had to add this into our little group of projects...

It's just 6 1/2" but it could be so many things!
I found it originally here.
A camping potholder, a little addition of fabric on the side would turn it into
a perfect mug rug. I think it would be a great label for our retreat quilt project...
but most of all... I want to make it into a make-up bag!

I haven't shared photos  Evie lately and next to no photos of Elsea...
(my little sprouts)
Here is Evie when we were at the County fair over Labor Day weekend.

Is that not the look of sheer bliss?

And Else turned 5 months old this week!
She is just a sweet little cuddle bug!

Have a good weekend!

Hi Sinta--I love those sprout blocks--great color combo's that you used--I really have not seen a quilt pattern in a while that gave me a little thrill--but that one just might do it so thanks for sharing--
but may how quickly those human sprouts grow--what beautiful grandkids you have--

I love your sprouts! And the camper is so cute. I made something similar and used it to decorate a dish cloth.

Here is a picture of it hanging in our camper.

Cuteness overload!!! I never understood the grandparent thing until I became a Nana. I just cannot get enough of my baby's baby.
Love that little camper. I think Lori Holt has a similar pattern in her new book, or maybe I saw something similar in the snapshot quilt... I think it's super cute regardless what pattern is used! LOL!

Hi, I think the pattern you are referring to in Homespun was designed by Krists Hennebury. It is an adaptation of another quilt she made that was inspired by one made by Tracey. Krista's blog is www.poppyprintscreate.blogspot.com check out her July 15 2015 post.
