Have you met her before?
Here are some photos from the Sandy Klop aka
American Jane
trunk show last Thursday.
She captivates you the moment she starts speaking.
She has stories to tell and poems to read.
She is just as cute as a button!
I only wish that the trunk show lasted longer!
I didn't have a great seat... so please forgive my photos.
And say hi to Barbara, who's head you will see in several of the pictures!
This is Primarily Houses.
Here is Triple Crown.
This is Wagon Wheel.
Pizzellies
French Fox.
Three Month's Salary.
Stargate... love this one too!
Flying Circles.
This is the one my DIL fell in love with and was her project
for the class.
Feathered Stars.
Folk Art Fancy... in beautiful fall colors.
Dancing Ladies.
Sweet quilt. This was the pattern several people worked on in
the class.
Edy's Quilt. It is stunning... just imagine twice as big and
twice as bright~
this one is now on my list!
My new favorite possession?
... that polka dot bag!
18 friends stopped by to chat:
each and every one, lovely in their own way...such talent experssed in these works of art...
I was enchanted with each quilt. I do love her style. Thank you for sharing, Sinta.
These are so gorgeous! I do not know why I am so drawn to these, other than the fact that they echo the colors of my childhood. I'd have redecorate my house (or at least a room) to use them; yet, they draw me in (and spark memories of the Dick, Jane, and Sally books from which I learned to read).
Thank you for sharing!
They are all wonderful quilts but I like the dancing ladies the best. And the polka dot bag.
dancing ladies it is--so let's dance!!!
love your red polka dot bag!!!!
hugs, di and miss gracie

Thanks for sharing Sinta ! I love her beautiful quilts bright & happy . Many are made with reproduction of our french provençal fabrics.
Thanks for sharing! I would love to see those quilts in person!
I agree with your DIL, I love that Flying Circles quilt!
Oh, thanks so much for sharing!
Great pics...how to choose just one? Love them all, but wouldn't mind making a wagon wheel!
So many beautiful quilts, it's hard to pick a favorite! I'm glad you got a chance to see them in person!
Well, if she ever comes to Hollyhill, I'll be the first one there! I hadn't seen all of the quilts you showed and WOW! I've never been drawn to a Lone Star before, but I like hers. My favorite, though, is the circus quilt. I guess I need another grandchild to make it for!
Oh my gosh, I could easily fall in love with each quilt. Such a great designer. I am proud that I have met Sandy. She's amazing. I want that bag!!
awesome trunk show!
