I have always wanted to make this one.
There are circles... and then there is circles.
I'm seeing stars!
Color.
Lots and lots of color!
Very fun log cabin quilt... and do you see the little houses around the outside of it?
The close up.
Beautiful but unfortunately I couldn't get the right lighting on it.
While I was at the show I did find a nice little group of
Chicopee to go with this pattern...
this is for a future project... and not even a near future.
I also was able to see Julie aka Jaybird Quilts
at her booth in the show. She was nearly speechless...
as in horse... losing her voice, the poor girl!
I have been wanting to try out her ruler, so I picked them up along with
a couple of her fun patterns. I hope that I can find time
sometime soon to play with these. I also was able to find a
sweet little jelly roll from V& Co. in her booth too!
Score!
But this is how I am going to be starting this weekend...
In just a few hours I will be listening to Chris Isaak.
I was going to link to a You Tube video of Wicked Games sung by him,
but it was a little steamie!
Seriously it was hot... you have been warned.
Should be a good night!
