Well, this is how I spent some of my weekend!
Nothing is better than blowing bubbles on a
nice day with Evie! She is wearing the
shirt that one of her uncle's gave her... pink
John Deer! I wish I had one.
I also started working on Hook.
I got the idea for the polka dots from Lisa aka Stashmaster.
I spotted her Hook quilt on Instagram and just had to
go with the polka dots too!
Luckily I just happened to have some!
Polka dots, bubbles and a while back I was fortunate enough to find this
sweet little vintage sewing machine...
just a few of my favorite things!
10 friends stopped by to chat:
Sinta. Seriously. We need to get Evie and Eva together.
Your little Evie is so adorable! (And your new vintage sewing machine is cute too)
That girl is adorable. The look of wonder on her face is priceless! Love the dots you are using for Hook. I'm plugging away on mine, too.
She is precious!!!

Your little Evie is adorable! And those polka dots are perfect!!!
I live in Moline 2 blocks away from the home of John Deere! The garage is where my quilt guilt has our monthly getaways!
Hi Sinta,
I am working on Hook, and this will be my first time entering a quilt top in the parade. Can you tell me the process for submitting a photo? Thanks!
What a sweetie. I saw that same shirt at the Tractor Supply Co. when we went to get bird seed. The sewing machine is so adorable. Hugs
Evie is growing up to be the cutest little girl. I've been to the John Deere factory in Iowa. It was a cool tour.
What a darling sewing machine & little Evie too :). Your Hook looks great.
