Winner Announcement and A Recap of the Month

It's time to announce the winner!
It was a fun celebration for the Fat Quarter Shop's 13th birthday!
I was happy to see that you all love FQS as much as I do!
I am also happy to announce that
Sherry is the winner of the fabric bundle giveaway!

Congratulations Sherry!!!

I thought I would do a recap of the things I finished up on during the month of June.

The quilt above, a Cotton Way pattern,
still might possibly get a border on it...
I have fabric ordered, so we will see. I used Little Ruby fabric which is a sweet
line with little prints that were so cute!
The pattern called for fat eights but I actually used a layer cake to make it since it was
a scrappy quilt.

I slipped in a little pincushion!

And I finished my Strawberry Fields Revisited Frivol quilt!

I made a happy birthday pillow using Lori Holt's pattern!
In honor of the Farm Girl Vintage 1st year birthday!

I also was able to dig this one out of the stack and get the blocks sewn together!
I used fabrics from my stash for this one... but I would love to make it again... and even
larger the next time
... hmmm, maybe my bundle of Fig Tree Sherbet solids would be fun!

This one using Alpine fabric  was quilted... but I can't seem to find a
photo of it bound  It was a wedding gift and I know I got that last stitch in
just before the 6/4 wedding day!

This was another quilt pattern that I was able to make a layer cake work in.
I was even able to make that thin inner border and a scrappy binding out of the same layer cake!

I have a feeling that July is going to slip by me...
but hopefully I will have some fun finishes this month too!

Wow! What a great month you had! Is there a pattern for the interlocking circles? That is absolutely fantastic. Well, all of them are fantastic. That one particularly caught my eye. Thanks.
