A Big Parade of Little Bites

Wow, so much to see and do today!
Not only is it AYOS but it's normally BOM Rehab today as well.
I hope you don't mind but I am going to just have Rehab posted tomorrow on
it's own post!
Grap a cup of something, sit back and enjoy some great eye candy!

I have seen a whole lot of little Specks around in Blogville!
It's one of the new patterns by Carrie Nelson in her series of Little Bites.

So it's extra nice to gather them all up and show them all in one
big parade!
But before we start the parade...
are you ready for the next AYOS project?

Sherri at A Quilting Life and I are excited that we get to add a big project
to our AYOS list!
We gave you the option last month of
Bounce...
BounceMeaSM
or Hubble as your big project for October.

HubbleSM
The choice is yours!
I am hoping to make both!

And as a public service announcement before we start the parade of Little Bites...
today is Carrie Nelson's birthday, which makes sharing my birthday twice as special!
Please wish her a wonderful birthday...
and it happens to be Polly Minick's birthday too. A great way to start the month...
and I have to add... that on this day in 1890 Yosemite became a national park!
That was 122 years ago!
(for those of you who don't know... I live just south of Yosemite)
Okay, now for the Speck parade...

I love the placement of the colors in Paulette's little Speck!
The border fabrics  are really fun too!

This sweet little Speck was made by Gerri! She won last month and
used her special little package from Carrie to make her AYOS project.
The fabric is called Odds and Ends.

Here is Speck made by Julie!
Very fun... and PINK!

Carol from Brown Quilts blog made her
cute little Speck using Marmalade!
Very sweet looking isn't it?

Here is a Diana at Quiltecke blog whipped up
this super sweet little aqua and red
table runner using Speck!.

Carol at the Polka Dot Chicken blog
made herself a cute little Autumn table topper!

Here is a really cute Speck
using a Halloween theme fabric...
we know how much
Kim at Kim's Big Quilting Adventure loves Falloween!

Denise from My Life in Quilts blog made this beautiful
"X" Speck in beautiful warm fabrics!

I love Marti's Speck made up in the
Vintage Modern fabrics! She used the  bonus "candy" pack
 that was included in
her FQS BOM kit! Nice!!!

Here is an adorable table topper made by Andee from
the blog Andee in AZ. She used Frolic fabrics...
very cute!

Bea from France has been busy! Just look at her bea-u-tiful quilts here!
Don't you just love the colors of Speck... and her T quilt too!

Darlene has been so productive this month... and
on her list is Speck! She used Marmalade fabrics...
it just looks so yummy! It's such a happy looking quilt~

Here is a Speck as sweet as can be made by Izzy at
Dizzy Quilts blog! Cute-ness!

I really have to try using red as my background fabric sometime!
This is Hugs and Kisses by Joanna the Patriotic Quilter!
Love it!

Karen O from KO Can Quilt blog made a fun
and cheerful version of Speck here...
I love the feel of this one... kinda beachy!

Here we have Betty stepping in for Buster in this photo shoot
of Speck~ Carol  from Carol's Crafty Creations
made her speck in adorable Shabby Chic fabrics!

Brenda was able to finish her Speck in a gorgeous color
combination... so rich and beautiful!

Cheryl at Polka Dots and Rick Rack blog made a wonderful
version of Speck using a cute little collection of retro fabrics.
Always a favorite!

Hildy made not one but two Speck quilts! Although she
is still waiting for her Tapestry fabric for the outside border...
they look beautiful to me!

Karen made a wonderful version of Speck
 using Chez Moi fabrics.
Very fun!

Carol (no blog) made this very beautiful
Speck. I love the colors here... they
look like sherbet ice cream! I am sorry I can't get the
photo larger without it looking blurred.

This beautiful Speck was made
by Gretchen at Stella Bella blog.
This one has the cat's stamp of approval!

Kay Mc. created a gorgeous version of Speck here!
I love the red and the contrast in this one!

Here is another beautiful version of Speck!
This was created by Edith at Little Red Hen Quilting blog.
I love the "homespun" look to it!

created a unique version of Speck here and added
her own special touch to it!

If you haven't been over to A Quilting Life yet... hop on over to view the rest of the parade!
And I will see you tomorrow for the BOM Rehab!
